Cancellation Policy

At our practice, we believe in providing transparent and straightforward care, and we do not believe it is ethical to pressure a patient to remain a member of our practice . If you decide that The Vienna Clinic is not a good fit, you are free to to cancel your membership. If you are enrolled in an annual or quarterly plan, we will refund the prorated amount remaining.

We also reserve the right to cancel a patient’s membership with the practice for any reason, including but not limited to behavior that is disruptive, aggressive, coercive, or threatening towards any member of staff.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your membership, please send a written request via email to cancellation@theviennaclinic.com or through our secure messaging system. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current month following notice.

Transition Period

For 30 days following cancellation you will still be able to request refills on medications that are medically-necessary (limited to a 30-day supply).

Please note that at after the last month of membership you will no longer be entitled to direct access to the physician by phone unless the physician or a member of staff initiates the call. Any calls made directly to Dr. Magar or a covering physician will be billed at $100/call for the first 10 minutes, or part thereof, and $50 for any part of each additional 10 minutes.

Waiver of Financial Obligations

The clinic reserves the right to waive any portion of a departing member's financial obligations. We are also willing to consider financial hardship as a reason to waive any portion of or all of a departing member's financial obligations, but may require documentation to confirm such a request.

This cancellation policy is subject to change. Please be aware that any updates will be available in writing upon request. By maintaining transparency, we aim to foster a trusting relationship with our patients.
