1. Nature of Service (Non-Insurance Disclosure)
The Vienna Clinic provides medical services through a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership model.
NOT INSURANCE: This membership is a medical service agreement and is not health insurance. It does not meet the "minimum essential coverage" requirements under any state or federal law.
HSA ELIGIBILITY: As of January 1, 2026, per the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, fees paid to this practice for DPC memberships may be considered qualified medical expenses. You may be able to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for membership fees up to the federally defined limits. Please consult your tax professional for specific guidance.
MEDICARE NOTICE: Dr. Nishant Magar has formally opted out of Medicare. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, you understand that neither you nor this practice may submit claims to Medicare for reimbursement for services provided here.
2. Patient & Payer Relationship
No Third-Party Billing: We do not participate in any insurance networks. We do not bill insurance companies, including private payers, Medicaid, or Medicare, for our services.
Membership Terms: Your specific benefits, monthly fees, and termination rights are governed by your signed Membership Agreement, which supersedes any information on this website.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Accessing this website or contacting us through it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship is only established after you have signed a formal membership agreement and completed an initial consultation. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
