How do I request refills?

The fastest way to request a medication refill is through the patient portal. It allows you to specify the pharmacy and to track when the request has been approved. The expected turnaround time is 1 business day. They can also be requested through the refill request phone line, but request approval confirmations cannot be sent and the expected response time is up to 3 business days.
