Our membership covers all of the following services
1-hour annual comprehensive physical exam
All follow-up and urgent care office visits
All virtual appointments
Refills requested through a pharmacy or through our patient portal
Any communications by phone or secure message
Completion of FMLA, employment, federal workforce, and residential forms
All collaboration with outside physicians and specialists

Additional Services
This membership is not health insurance. The membership fee doesn't include lab work, imaging, diagnostic testing, outside medical care, specialty referrals, or medications. Any other services not mentioned above will have extra costs. Patient are encouraged to maintain sufficient health insurance to cover these additional costs, any unforeseen care, and catastrophic coverage.
For lab testing, we can send orders to either LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics, based on patient preference and insurance coverage.
Insurance Neutrality
Since we do not charge individually for individual office visits, video visits, or any of the included services listed above, we do not need to bill insurance or charge copays. So we can take care of patients of all insurance providers.

Cancellation Policy
We will not require that you maintain membership at The Vienna Clinic if turns out that this is not the right practice for you—that case we will happily cancel your membership. Members canceling within 1 year of joining may be billed for services rendered if the cost of services exceeds the total amount of membership fees paid to the practice.
