Nishant S. Magar, MD
Dr. Magar grew up in Fairfax County and returned to the area after medical school. He is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and has a total of more than 12 years of clinical experience—including 3 years treating patients in Vienna and the surrounding area.
He takes pride in his work and the relationships he forms with his patients, and is known for his compassion and excellent bedside manner.

Members keep insurance for major or unexpected events and use direct care for everyday access, longer visits, and continuity that insurance rarely supports.

Is this just concierge medicine by another name?
Although concierge practices charge a membership fee, they also bill insurance or patients for each office or virtual visit. Since we don’t charge extra for each appointment, we can accept members of ANY insurance plan.

When more complex care is needed, I help coordinate specialists, imaging, and hospital care so your care remains connected and consistent.
