THE VIENNA CLINIC VIVA 2026 SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

THE VIENNA CLINIC VIVA 2026 SWEEPSTAKES (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Vienna Clinic, PLLC, located at 8221 Old Courthouse Road, Suite 206, Vienna, VA 22182 (the "Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Winner must provide a valid Virginia shipping address for prize delivery.

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Entries will be accepted starting on May 23, 2026, at 10AM EDT and ending on May 25, 2026, at 4PM EDT (the "Sweepstakes Period").

5. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

  • Method 1 (Booth Entry): Visit The Vienna Clinic booth at Viva Vienna 2026 and complete the digital entry form.

  • Method 2 (Alternative Method of Entry/AMOE): To enter without visiting the booth or making a purchase, mail a 3x5 card with your name, address, email address, phone number and the phrase “Viva 2026” to the Sponsor address above.

  • Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

  • You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission(s) may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Vienna Clinic, PLLC.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE

(As required by VA Code § 59.1-417)

  1. Prize(s):1 Vitamix Alta Pro Blender.

  2. Actual Retail Value (ARV): The actual retail value of the prize is $399.00.

  3. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  4. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase, payment, or "handling charge" is required to win or receive the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 26th, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 days following selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

In accordance with VA Code § 59.1-416, the prize will be delivered to the winner at no expense to them within 10 days of the Sponsor representing to the winner that they have won.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

9. PRIVACY & PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Your consent to Sponsor’s use of Your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. WINNER LIST

To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: The Vienna Clinic, 8221 Old Courthouse Rd, Suite 206, Vienna, VA 22182. Requests must be received no later than July 1, 2026.
